Throughline Housing (a d/b/a of Grit Squared Inc.) is an information service. We publish information about housing programs, vetted properties, operating information, and financial modeling for the Greater San Antonio area. We are not a government agency, a CoC, or a housing service provider.

Information on this site is gathered from public sources and partner input. Programs change eligibility, waitlists, funding, and availability frequently. Before acting on any program detail, verify directly with the named agency by calling the published phone number or following the source link. We do not guarantee placement, eligibility, availability, pricing, or outcomes.

Nothing on this site is real estate, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Anyone acting on information here should consult a licensed professional in the relevant field.
Acceptable use

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to this site shall not exceed US $50 or the amount you paid Grit Squared Inc. for the service giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue will lie in the state and federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
